How Renewed Vision Began

Renewed Vision Counseling and Developmental Disability Center provides counseling, behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, and IDD waiver services in Omaha. We founded this agency after 25 years in human services to ensure vulnerable individuals are seen, heard, and believed. Our personalized care plans help clients build independence and lasting everyday progress.

Christopher Marshall (Board Chairman)

Christopher Marshall is the Founder and current organization Board Chairman with more than 30 years of experience in social services, beginning at age 19, he has dedicated his career to improving the lives of children, families, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Christopher leads the organization's strategic growth, focusing on expanding access to high-quality, person-centered counseling, IDD, and community-based services.

Danielle Marshall (Chief Executive Officer)

Danielle Marshall serves as the organization's Chief Executive Officer (CEO), providing strategic leadership and oversight across all divisions and affiliated entities. She is responsible for guiding organizational growth, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services. As a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with more than eight years of clinical experience, Danielle also serves as the organization's Director of Medical Services, overseeing healthcare initiatives, clinical quality, and medical compliance. Her combined executive and clinical leadership helps advance the organization's mission while promoting excellence, innovation, and compassionate care.

Charise Richardson (Chief Operation Officer)

Charise Richardson serves as the organization's Chief Operating Officer (COO), providing executive leadership and operational oversight across all divisions and affiliated entities. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, she is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing strategic initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving organizational excellence. With extensive experience in human services and executive leadership, Charise is dedicated to developing high-performing teams, strengthening community partnerships, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and compassionate, person-centered service.

Michael Marshall (President)

Michael Marshall serves as President of the organization, providing executive leadership and supporting the organization's long-term vision, strategic initiatives, and operational success. Working collaboratively with the Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership team, he helps guide organizational growth, strengthen community partnerships, and promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and service excellence. Michael is committed to advancing the organization's mission by supporting innovative programs, empowering staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that positively impact the individuals, families, and communities served.

LaDarius Caradine (Vice President)

LaDarius Caradine serves as Vice President of Renewed Vision Counseling and IDD Services, where he works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to advance the organization's mission and strategic goals. He is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence while supporting daily operations and organizational initiatives. Through his leadership and dedication to community service, LaDarius helps strengthen partnerships, support staff, and ensure the agency continues to deliver high-quality, person-centered behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) services.

Isabella Goos (Director of Operation - DD Services)

Isabella Goos serves as the organization's Director of Operations – Developmental Disability (DD) Services, providing leadership and oversight for all developmental disability programs and services. She is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered supports while maintaining regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and program integrity. Isabella works closely with executive leadership to oversee program operations, develop and support staff, implement quality improvement initiatives, and strengthen partnerships that enhance services and outcomes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her commitment to compassionate leadership and continuous improvement helps ensure individuals receive the support they need to live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives.

Conswella Cooper (HCI/FSS Coordinator)

Conswella Cooper serves as the organization's Community Integration and Family Support Coordinator, helping individuals and families access the resources, services, and supports they need to achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life. She coordinates community-based services, develops individualized support plans, and collaborates with individuals, families, providers, and community partners to promote meaningful inclusion and long-term success. Through her compassionate approach and commitment to person-centered care, Conswella empowers individuals to build life skills, strengthen family connections, and actively participate in their communities while ensuring services are delivered with professionalism, dignity, and excellence.

Nekeya Ewing (Residential Coordinator)

Nakeya Ewing serves as the organization's Residential Coordinator, providing leadership and oversight for residential programs that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centered services while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and state regulations. Nakeya oversees daily residential operations, supports and mentors direct care staff, coordinates admissions and transitions, and works closely with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life. Through her compassionate leadership and commitment to excellence, she helps create supportive environments where individuals can thrive and reach their fullest potential.

Jamie Johnson (Clinical Director)

Jamie Johnson serves as the organization's Clinical Director, providing clinical leadership and oversight for all behavioral health services. She is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and person-centered care while maintaining compliance with professional standards, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements. Jamie oversees clinical supervision, program development, quality improvement initiatives, and staff mentorship, working collaboratively with the executive leadership team to promote excellence in clinical care and positive outcomes for the individuals, children, and families the organization serves.

Guillermo Luna (Therapist - Omaha, NE)

Guillermo Luna serves as a Provisional Licensed Social Worker (PLSW), providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health therapy to individuals, families, and adolescents. He is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive environment where clients feel empowered to overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth. Working collaboratively with the clinical team, Guillermo delivers person-centered care while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and clinical excellence. Tracy Mejia (Therapist - Omaha, NE)

Tracy Mejia serves as a Provisional Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP), providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health services to individuals, adolescents, and families under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and client-centered environment where individuals can build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and achieve their personal goals. Tracy collaborates closely with the clinical team to deliver high-quality behavioral health services while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and compassionate care.
