At Renewed Vision Counseling and Developmental Disability Center, our Group Home Services for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities provide safe, supportive residential environments where individuals can build independence while receiving the level of care and guidance they need.
Our group home services are designed to support individuals with daily living in a structured, welcoming setting. Each person is encouraged to develop skills that promote confidence, stability, and meaningful participation in their home and community.
Renewed Vision’s residential support team provides individualized assistance based on each person’s strengths, goals, preferences, and level of need. Services may include support with personal care, meal preparation, household responsibilities, medication management, communication, transportation, recreational activities, and independent living skill development.
Our approach is centered on dignity, respect, and person-centered care. Residents are encouraged to take an active role in setting goals, making choices, and building routines that support their well-being and long-term growth.
We work closely with families, guardians, case managers, healthcare providers, therapists, and other members of each individual’s support network to help ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Through consistent communication and individualized planning, we support individuals in building the skills needed to live fuller, more independent lives.
At Renewed Vision, we believe every individual deserves a place to feel safe, valued, and supported. Our Group Home Services are designed to provide more than residential care—they create opportunities for connection, growth, and a meaningful sense of belonging.
